The Assembly of Delegates sets the guidelines for the Association&#8217;s policy. It decides on the admission and exclusion of members, approves the annual reports of the Executive Board, the commissions and the representatives, deals with the finances, approves the budget and the annual accounts of the Association.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Assembly of Delegates usually takes place twice a year. The number of persons entitled to vote depends on the size of the member section. It can adopt important statements and resolutions within the framework of the association policy defined by the Assembly of Delegates. It also sets up working groups &#8211; always within the framework of the association policy defined by the Assembly of Delegates &#8211; and elects committee members and representatives as deputies of the Assembly of Delegates, as well as committee heads and board members in exceptional cases. It can also grant supplementary loans within the framework of the regulations and deal with proposals from the Executive Board and the committees.
