As a member of the Executive committee, you lead the union together in a team of 7.
What do I get out of it?
Während deiner Vorstandszeit bist du in sehr vielen Projekten involviert und kannst mit einem motivierten Team extrem viel lernen, wie z.B. Projektmanagement, Lobbying, Personalführung, Rhetorikskills und vieles mehr. Die Aufgaben hängen vom jeweiligen Dossier ab.
What amount of work and time should I expect?
Der Arbeitsaufwand im Vorstand ist nicht klein, aber gut mit einem Studium zu verbinden. Es hilft, wenn du bereits Erfahrung in einer Sektion oder Fachschaft an deiner Hochschule hast, das ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig.
